Bramwell Osula, Ph.D.

Bio

Dr. Bramwell Osula first came to Regent University in 2002 as professional-in-residence and served in the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship until 2014. A global traveler, Osula brings 30+ years international experience to Regent University. He currently serves as principal lecturer in the School of Business & Leadership with an interest in consulting, cross-cultural leadership, coaching, and organizational design.

Osula has worked across five continents, trained countless students, taught master classes, and inspired a generation of business and thought leaders. Career highlights include keynote speaker engagements; Dollar Tree (logistics) focus group and human resource consultant; Power of Change conference consultant (Cardiff, Wales); Chinese University of Political Science visiting professor (Beijing, China); HITS seminary visiting professor (Jakarta, Indonesia); Jessup (international law) debate team associate coach (1st place winners, 2018); Eastern University Board of Fellows member for Ph.D. Organizational Leadership; Medical Assistance Project (MAP) lead researcher and consultant (Cochabamba, Bolivia); Cybersecurity & Counterterrorism Certificate co-lead presenter; Metropolitan Police Critical Incident Leadership Training – Scenarios (London, UK).

Prior to joining Regent University Osula served as director, business development for an IT consulting firm in New Jersey and performance consultant with Interim Technology (Spherion) in Chicago. He has taught at the College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey, Oakwood College, and the City University of New York.
